Everyone wants themselves to be the best ever but very few of them becomes the best in their own way. Everyone has good and bad habits in them. And we wants our good habits more and bad habits less but the question is 'how can we do that'. This book will give you the way to do that,

Find yourself in which type you belongs to ;

1. UPHOLDER :- In this type peoples stand perfectly on the expections of others and even their own expections and works according to, To Do List. If there is no clearcut goal or work they pass their time badly. If walking is in calendar then they will go at any cost and if not in calendar then it may be. If you research and thinks more before doing anything, this is 'Upholder'. If you want a good or bad change or to add something in you then it must take time as it will be checked by yourself and then it works strictly.

2. Obliser :- If you are a Obliser then you don't have any problem of doing a given work. You stands on the expectations of yourself or ever others. If you want to go to Jim, you want a person there to say about Jim.

3. Rebel :- If you are a Rebel, you always opposes the expections of others or even yours, expections are opposed. Self determination is required which guides them to do work. If you are a Rebel then, don't mention any work on calendar say you want to do that work. Example, think you want to go to school daily not because it is rule to go there.

Now find your type and then you are able to change or add your new habits. Monitoring and maintaining yourself helps you in continuing your good habits.

Think, you are at hotels there are alot of options to select and it is difficult to choose similarly our human brain has so many options in our life it is difficult to choose. If you want to add going to Jim first your should come out of set mindset and then now you have to set it. Don't think too much it will skip your exercise which you want to do. Follow your calendar and set good habits in your calendar.

You have to start with your daily routine pick your balance diet for example.
Before 70 years American were overweight, affected by dibites, cancer, so on and now they are well managed.
EATING WELL GIVES YOU GOOD HEALTH.
We can't measure how much we eat. We want a unit piece of things like a burger, pizza but size doesn't matters either big or small. Walking is also a good exercise for our health.

Have you ever tried to change your bad habits which you don't like like smoking, nail-biting etc, it is not so easy. We can able to change our habits only when something big happens in our life like breakup, new love, marriage etc. Example:- Why normally we see after marriage weight and size changes. This is because of the change in habits which comes after marriage. New life starts with new habits and new people which is the reason.
If you used to take tution, suddenly you gets a job and now your tution time is free now. You can add something which your want to do earlier.

We are so lazy to do good things but we can continue doing it, by adding fun.
As for example :- In a metro station their are stairs and elevator. People use elevator only stairs are useless but when stairs are painted in keyboard design and added tone which rings when people use it. Then it is seen that 66% peoples start using stairs then elevator.

If you want to change your bad habits make it tought to do.
Example :- Once some thieves came to a house of a very rich person. They pressured her to open the safebox for money they got surprised by looking toffees in the safebox with money. Let me say you what was the reason, she eats too much toffee then she made it tought to eat toffee and slowly she left her habit of eating toffees.

For your good habits :-
# Keep away of your eyes and the habit will also.
# Resist temtation
# Stop giving rewards for your work,
Stop working for reward.

How can we say distraction is bad, it is bad in some situation but sometimes it works as blessing for us.
If something distracts us from doing good things then distraction is bad but when we use distraction to get rid of our bad habits it seems to blessing.
Distractions we use positively are watching funny movies, playing games, talking with elders and more.

Habit of always talking rewards seems to bad because once it stopped then the energy for doing that work becomes slower by the day.
Example :- There are 2 group of students, in one group magic pen is distributed for exam in which topper is going to be awarded. And in second group normal pen is distributed and there is no award. After three months, it is seen that awarded group left working Even they have magic pen but the the second group continued working with normal pen. First group stopped working because now there is no award.

Pairing will help you to add your good habits.
If you want to start eating something then you should start with the things which you like to eat. After some time your mouth is known form the taste and now you are able to eat it alone. Give treat to yourself instead of giving rewards.

You can add good habits in your life for your better life ahead and leave your bad habits by using these tips which this books gives us. This will provide you a better life ahead.
